Two sentences, a period after each, the TM mark after the second. Use it as written, next to the logo or on its own line. Do not shorten it or change the punctuation.
How to use the logo
Green on black or near-black. White on photos and dark colors. Black on white and light backgrounds.
Keep clear space on every side at least the height of the helmet's chin. Minimum size: 24 px tall for the mark, 120 px wide for the horizontal logo.

No stretching, rotating, outlining, drop shadows, gradients or other colors. Do not redraw the wordmark in another typeface.
Do not place the logo on busy photos or inside another logo's shape.
Pairing the logo with yours is fine. Wording that suggests Titan endorses your product needs our written okay first.
